The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized cut orders

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) we will issue a refund for the cost of the fabric but not the original shipping costs unless the return was a result of a mistake on our part.
Any fabric that has been cut, washed or mishandled will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations and Non-refundable Fees
Please note that PayPal fees are non-refundable. If you request an order cancellation, your refund will be for the original amount minus these non-refundable fees. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
